摘要
疼痛是骨转移癌患者的常见问题,虽然放射治疗是治疗局部骨疼痛的标准治疗,但20%~30%的患者放射治疗后疼痛仍不能缓解。最近研究发现,影像引导下的经皮肿瘤毁损技术可以解决这一难题,同时可以联合一些技术（如联合骨水泥注射）来提高治疗的效果及适应证。近年来,射频消融术在肌肉、骨骼组织中的应用范围日益扩大,其可以提高患者的生存质量,已成为一项重要的医疗技术。
Pain is a common problem in skeletal metastases patients. Although external beam radiation therapy is the current standard treatment for cancer patients with localized hone pain, such pain still not be relieved among 20% to 30% of the patients. Recent study indicates image-guided percutaneous methods of tumor destruction can solve the problem, besides, combining with other interventional techniques such as intraosseous cement injection can enhance the curative effect and expand the range of indication. In recent years, the radiofrequency ablation （RFA） has become an important technique, widely used in the treatment for osteoid osteomas and metastasis, which can improve the quality of life for patients.
