Development and Current Status of Prenatal Ultrasound Screening for Fetal Congenital Heart Abnormalities

产前超声检查是筛查胎儿心脏异常最简便有效的方法。胎儿心脏超声筛查分层次,在不同孕期选择不同层次及不同检查方法对胎儿心脏进行筛查,可提高胎儿心脏异常的检出率。常规超声检查可对胎儿心脏异常进行初步筛查,系统的超声检查可排除大部分胎儿心脏异常。必要时行胎儿超声心动图检查可使大多数胎儿的复杂先天性心脏病得到明确诊断。

Prenatal ultrasound screening is the most simple and effective way to identify the fetal congen- ital heart diseases. Fetal echocardiography screening has different levels,which should be applied to different stages of pregnancy in order to increase the detection rate of fetal heart abnormalities. The routine ultrasound examination aims at preliminary screening for fetal heart abnormalities, while systematic ultrasonic examina- tion can detect most of the fetal heart abnormalities. If necessary, complex congenital heart disease in most fetuses can be definitely diagnosed through fetal ultrasound heartbeat graph examination.
