体质量指数高对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的影响

Analysis on the Impact of Body Mass Index on Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的分析体质量指数高对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的影响。方法利用计算机检索了国内、外医学文献数据库,检索时间截止至2012年10月底,检索了体质量指数与腹腔镜胆囊切除术的有关文献,重点对肥胖患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的文献进行提取、筛选和评价。结果国内报道体质量指数、肥胖患者与腹腔镜胆囊切除术的相关文献较少,且临床观察数据不完整;国内作者大多认为体质量指数高对腹腔镜胆囊切除术有一定的影响。结论随着医师手术经验的积累,方法的不断成熟,手术成功率的逐渐提高,这一禁忌证逐渐成为手术适应证。

Objective To analyze the impact of high body mass index（BMI） on laparoscopic cholecys tectomy. Methods Articles related to BMI and laparoscopic cholecystectomy by the end of Oct. 2012 were searched in Pubmed, FMJS, CNKI, Sinomed, etc. And those focused on obese patiets treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were collected, analyzed and evaluated. Results Articles about the correlation between BMI,obese patients, and laparoscopic choleeystectomy were rare in China and the clinical data was incom- plete. Most doctors and researchers concluded that high BMI has some impact on laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Conclusion As the surgeon＇s clinical experience grows and the surgical technique develops, high BMI will not be an obstacle for laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and laparescopie cholecystectomy for obese patients will become a standard surgical technique.
