双氯芬酸钠滴眼液促进糖尿病视网膜病变患者瞳孔散大的临床研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Diclofenac Sodium Eyedrops in Promoting the Pupil Dilation for Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变患者应用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液促进瞳孔散大的临床效果。方法选取2012年9月至2013年3月期间解放军四○一医院崂山分院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者112例(均为双眼,病变程度相当),随机分为观察组和对照组,前者采用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液以及双氯芬酸钠滴眼液进行散瞳,后者单用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液进行散瞳,最后比较两组的散瞳效果。结果散瞳后,观察组平均瞳孔面积显著大于对照组[(41.65±1.13)mm2vs(35.22±1.17)mm2],组间比较存在显著性差异(t=5.91,P<0.01);观察组平均瞳孔散大面积显著大于对照组[(35.69±1.13)mm2vs(29.24±1.17)mm2],组间比较存在显著性差异(t=6.10,P<0.01)。结论通过双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合复方托比卡胺滴眼液能够较好达到散瞳效果,为糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床诊断、治疗及预后观察提供了一种简单、有效、安全性高的散瞳方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effects of diclofenac sodium eyedrops in promoting the pupil dilation for patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 112 patients with diabetic retinopathy （both eyes, similar severity） admitted in No. 401 PLA Hospital, Laoshan Branch from Sep. 2012 to Mar. 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in the observation group were given compound tropicamide eyedrops and diclofenac sodium eyedrops, while patients in the control group were given compound tropicamide eyedrops only. The differences of pupil areas before and after dilation in the two groups were compared. Results After pupil dilation, the average pupil area of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group [ （41.65±1.13 ）mm2 vs （ 35.22 ± 1.17 ） mm2, t = 5.91, P 〈 0.01 ] ;the average pupil scattered large area of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group[ （35.69 ± 1.13） mm2 vs（29.24 ±1.17） mm2 ,t =6.10,P 〈0.01 ]. Conclusion Diclofenac Sodium eyedrops combined with compound tropi-camide eye drops is a simple, effective and safe method for dilating the pupils of patients with diabetic retinopathy, and worth being widely recommended in clinical practice.
