摘要 当今,软实力已是城市综合实力的重要组成部分,也是一个城市可持续发展能力的重要体现,国际旅游城市作为旅游产业和城市国际化共同发展的产物,是具有世界范围影响力和吸引力的旅游目的地城市。国际旅游城市竞争实力不仅取决于其硬实力建设,同时还取决于软实力建设。论文在对国际旅游城市研究成果进行回顾与总结的基础上,深入解析国际旅游城市软实力的内涵层次,指出国际旅游城市软实力是一个由城市文化号召力、政府规划及监管力、城市形象传播力、环境适应力、旅游服务力、城市创新力、国际沟通力等要素构成的有机整体,进一步明晰了国际旅游城市软实力研究的方向。 Nowadays, soft power has been acknowledged as important part of the comprehensive strength of a city, and the symbol of the sustainable development of a city as well. As the combination of tourism industry and intemationalized city, intemational tourist city should be the tourism destination city with world-wide influence and attraction. The competitive strength of an intemational tourist city lies in not only the construction of hard environment, but also in building soft power of the city. Based on the review and summarization of studies on intemational tourist city, it studies the profound connotation of international tourist city, and puts forward that the soft power of an intemational tourist city is composed of city cultural appeal, government planning and governing, city image transmissibility, environment adaptability, tourism service ability, city innovation ability, and intemational communication ability and so on. Furthermore, it clarifies the study orientation of soft power of the international tourist city.
