同步器压簧在锁环式同步器的工作过程中起着极其重要的作用,压簧的刚度和工作长度设计是影响同步器工作的两个重要方面,刚度对同步器预锁止十分重要,工作长度设计与同步器的结构布置和形式有关。着重分析压簧的刚度对同步器锁止可靠性的影响,通过理论分析、变速器总成台架试验和整车道路运行试验详细而深入地阐明同步器压簧设计的重要性,具有重要的参考价值。
The synchronizer compression spring plays an important role in the locking ring synchronizer working process. The stiffness and working length design of the compression spring are the two major aspects to influence synchronizer working. The stiffness is important to synchronizer pre-locking, and the working length design is related with the structural arrangement and form of the synchronizer. The impact of the spring stiffness to the synchronizer locking reliability was mainly analyzed. Through theoretical analysis, transmission assembly bench test and vehicle road running test, the importance of synchronizer compression spring design was clarified in detail and in-depth. It has a considera- ble reference significance.
