摘要
针对目前汽车行业中常用的直接式轮胎压力监测系统的供电问题,以超磁致伸缩材料作为核心元件,利用其磁致伸缩逆效应,设计一种可产生电能的发电装置。利用该装置为汽车轮胎压力监测系统的检测发射模块供电,可改变纽扣电池的供电方式。研究成果为解决汽车轮胎压力监测系统的供电问题提供一种有效方法,对实现压力监测系统的无源化具有一定的推动作用,为超磁致伸缩材料的应用提供一种新途径。
In view of the power supply problem of direct tire pressure monitoring system in automobile industry commonly at present, a generating electricity device was designed in which the core element was giant magnetostrictive material. In the device, its design principle was based on the magnetostrictive inverse effect. The device could provide power for automobile tire pressure monitoring system, thus the button battery power supply mode could be changed. Research result provides an effective method for solving the power supply issue of automobile tire pressure monitoring system and it plays a certain promoting role for realizing passivity method of automobile tire pressure monitoring system. Moreover, it provides a new way for giant magnetostrictive materials application.
