摘要
阿尔茨海默病是一种老年期常见的神经系统退行性疾病,遗传性和非遗传性危险因素,包括糖尿病、高血压和中年期血脂异常等,都可能促使阿尔茨海默病的发病。本文综述阿尔茨海默病与非遗传性危险因素中的血管性和代谢性组分间的关联。了解这种关联可对阿尔茨海默病的预防和治疗提供有益的知识。
Alzheimer’s disease （AD） is a common degenerative disease of the nervous system in old age. It is well known that the onset of AD can be contributed to a speciifc set of genetic and non-genetic risk factors. Non-genetic risk factors include diabetes, hypertension, and probably dyslipidemia in mid-life. This article focuses on the correlation of AD with the vascular and metabolic components in non-genetic risk factors. Understanding of this correlation can provide beneficial knowledge for the prevention and treatment of AD.
