住院患者自备药的使用现状及思考

Status and thinking of the use of own drug in the hospitalized patients

目的 :了解住院患者自备药使用现状,规范自备药品的管理,促进其合理应用。方法 :查阅相关文献,总结国内自备药品使用情况。结果 :目前,大多数医疗机构缺乏单独的自备药品管理规定,临床自备药品的使用现象相对紊乱,存在诸多安全隐患。结论 :相关医疗机构应当及时制定自备药品的管理政策,建立合理使用程序,医师、护士、药师相互协作,规范自备药品的临床合理应用。

Objective： To understand the status of the use of own drug in the hospitalized patients so as to standardize its self-administration and promote its rational use. Methods：The use of own drug in China was summarized based on the investigation of relevant literatures. Results：A single drug administration regulation was currently lacked in most medical institutions. The use of own drug in clinical was relative disordered and there presented many safe risks. Conclusion：The policy on the management of own drug use should be timely developed in the relevant medical institutions and a program for the reasonable use of own drug should be established. Physicians, nurses and pharmacists should cooperate with each other so as to standardize the clinical rational use of own drugs.
