摘要
英国的公民教育起源于宗教教育,强调精神关怀的宗教教育在公民教育中得到了很多好的继承。英国公民教育过程中秉承人文关怀的理念,多途径、多渠道的实现生活关怀、精神关怀,收到了很好的成效。通过体谅关心德育模式和开设P.S.H.E课程,加强对青少年的人文关怀,这对于丰富思想政治教育人文关怀的层次性有着重要的启示意义。
