校企协同构建卓越机械工程师培养模式的探索与思考——以南通大学为例 被引量:4

摘要 南通大学联合一流企业共同制订"卓越工程"实施方案,对机械类人才培养模式进行改革,从学校内部培养走向开放的校企合作共同培养,发挥企业具备真实工程环境和先进的工程实践条件的优势,企业深度参与卓越工程师培养全过程,校企共同制定人才培养方案,共同建设课程体系和教学内容,共同实施培养过程,共同评价培养质量。多年的探索和实践证明,校企协同培养人才不仅提升了学校的办学水平,也为企业提供了适用人才,促进了区域经济发展,实现了校企资源共享,优势互补,互利共赢。 According to 'raise the national medium and long term program for education reform and development' in the new period of reform of mode of talents in Colleges and universities, the new mechanism of joint training talent founded universities and research institutes, industries and enterprises, the full implementation of program requirements of excellent engineer education, Nantong University first-class enterprise jointly formulate 'embodiment of engineering excellence', mode reform on training talents of mechanical majors from the school internal training, school enterprise cooperation to open the common culture, enterprise with real engineering environment and advanced practical advantages, enterprises to participate in the whole process of the depth of outstanding engineers, and works out the personnel training plan, build the curriculum system and teaching content, implementation of training process, joint evaluation training quality. That years of exploration and practice, school enterprise cooperation training not only to upgrade the school running level, also provide suitable talents for the enterprises, promote the regional economic development, realizes the enterprise resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win.
