酸性氧化电位水超声雾化对NICU使用中新生儿暖箱的消毒效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 比较3种消毒方法对NICU使用中新生儿暖箱的消毒效果.方法 统一终末消毒24 h后将48台新生儿培养箱随机分为3组,每组为16台,分别采用500 mg/L有效氯(Ⅰ组)、0.25%碘伏(Ⅱ组)及酸性氧化电位水(Ⅲ组)3种消毒方式来每日消毒暖箱,在消毒后30 min、24h分别采样行细菌培养,连续监测7d,比较3组消毒方案的效果.结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组新生儿培养箱消毒后30 min采样行细菌培养,合格率分别为100%、93.75%、100%;消毒后24h采样培养,合格率分别为93.75%、75.00%、81.25%,3组消毒后30 min与24 h的效果比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05).结论 上述3种消毒方法均能达到新生儿环境卫生学要求,采样培养均合格,但酸性氧化电位水超声雾化法更简单、绿色、省时,值得推广. Objective To compare the effect of three disinfection methods on neonate incubator at NICU.Methods After 24 hours terminal disinfection,48 neonate incubators were randomly divided into three groups,16 for each group of units:group I disinfected with available chlorine 500 mg/L,group Ⅱ with 0.25% iodine volts,and group Ⅲ with acid oxidation potential water.Different disinfection methods were used for the 3 groups.30 min and 24 h after the disinfection,samples were collected for bacteria culture.The culture was monitored for 7 days.The effects of the three groups were compared.Results 30 min after the disinfection,samples were collected from the 3 groups for bacterial culture; the qualified rate was 100.00% in group Ⅰ,was 93.75% in group Ⅱ,and was 100% in group Ⅲ.24 h after the disinfection,the bacterial culture showed that the qualified rate was 93.75% in group Ⅰ,was 75.00% in group Ⅱ,and was 81.25% in group Ⅲ.There were statistical differences in disinfection effect between 30 min and 24 h after the disinfection (P 〉0.05).Conclusion All the three disinfection methods can achieve the environmental hygiene requirements; All samples for bacterial culture were qualified; however,the acid oxidation potential water ultrasonic atomization method is more simple,environment-protective,and time-saving and is worth being generalized.
