武汉市某高校医学生国家助学贷款政策认知调查

Survey on Medical Students' Cognition of National Student Loan in a University in Wuhan

目的:了解医学生对国家助学贷款政策的认知状况与实施中的行为表现,发现存在的问题,探讨相应对策。方法:自编调查问卷,采取随机抽样与整群抽样相结合的方式,对某综合性大学200名医学生进行问卷调查,运用SPSS19.0软件进行数据的录入、处理和统计分析,χ2检验分析差异的显著性。结果:医学生贷款率与学生家庭经济收入水平呈负相关,贷款率随家庭经济收入水平增加而降低,但总贷款率低于家庭经济困难学生的比率;医学生中贷款学生与未贷款学生对国家助学贷款政策的认知存在显著差异,主要表现为贷款学生对国家助学贷款具体实施的过程和内容方面有更多了解;贷款学生对国家助学贷款政策意义、贷款意愿总体呈积极肯定态度,但对还款压力和违约还贷的行为呈负向否定态度;学生贷款行为的选择受学生未来规划和毕业收入预期的影响。结论:医学生对国家助学贷款政策了解不够,缺乏主动关注的积极性,整体贷款信心不足。

Objective： To understand medical students＇cognition and behavior of National Student Loan policy, find out the problem and the solution. Methods： Questionnaire was designed. 200 medical students were investigated by a combination way of random sampling and cluster sampling, and SPSS 19.0 Software was adopted to input and analyze the data, the cognitive differences were analyzed by chi -square tests. Results： Firstly, the ratio of the loan closely relates to students＇family economic level, and it goes down as the level goes up. Secondly, there are significant differences between medical students who loaned and those who didnt. The differences mainly focus on the details and process. Thirdly, students who loaned hold a positive attitude to the significance and willingness of the loan policy, but a negative attitude to the pressure of repayment and the nonperformance. Lastly, the choice of medical students whether to loan deeply affected by their further planning and income forecast. Conclusion： Medical students now lack confidence to loan due to lack of knowledge of the policy and lack of enthusiasm and initiative.
