慢性病对农村留守老人家庭功能的影响

Analysis Effectiveness of Chronic Diseases on Left- behind Elders Family Functions in Rural Areas

目的:分析浙江省、湖北省和四川省农村留守老人家庭功能的现状及慢性病对家庭功能的影响。方法:采用问卷法对浙江省、湖北省和四川省的3个县304户农村留守家庭,814个留守成员进行了家庭功能状况的调查,通过卡方检验分析慢性病患病人数及患病种类对家庭功能的影响。结果:留守老人家庭的家庭总功能异常的家庭数为91,占留守老人家庭总数的54.80%,但留守老人家庭与否与家庭功能异常之间不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。家庭情感沟通功能与慢性病患者人数及慢性病种类数两者均存在统计学意义(P<0.01),家庭问题解决功能仅于与慢性病种类数存在关联,家庭疾病沟通功能与慢性病人数和种类数均不存在关联。此外,在家庭情感沟通功能(家庭问题解决功能)异常的家庭中,留守老人家庭中慢性病种类数明显多于非留守老人家庭(P<0.01)。结论:慢性病对农村留守老人家庭功能有显著负相关关系,因此,应关注脆弱的农村留守老人家庭,重点照顾具有慢性病的留守老人家庭。

Objective ： To analysis the current situation of family functions of the rear elderlyand effectiveness of Chronic Diseases on Left - behind Elders Family Functions in RuralChina. Methods： 304 family units and 814 left- behind family members were interviewed inZhejiang, Hubei and Sichuan provinces. The left - behind families were divided into twoeategories, left - behind families with the elders （FE） and general families which means those left -behind families without the elders （GF）. The data were analyzed by chi -square test.. Results： 92 （55.4%） family functions were abnormal in FE. Report showed there was nodiffercnce （χ2 = 0. 199, P = 0. 655,α= 0. 05 ） in general family function between FE and GF. Emotional communication function was correlated with the quantity of chronic diseases （χ2 = 18. 617,P = 0. 001,α = 0.05 ） , and problem - solving functions was related withehronic diseases both in the quantity and the category. Analysis also found that more possible for the elders suffering chronic disease in FE which emotional communication function was abnormal than GF, but there was no difference between different left - behind family in which disease communication function was abnormal. Besides, research also found that more categories of chronic diseases for FE in which subfunction was abnormal than GF. Conclusion： The family function of left-behind families with the elders was closely related with the existence of chronic disease in rural areas. Therefore, when we focus on the family functions of left - behind families with the elders, it is essential that more attention should put on those families with chronic diseases members.
