摘要
目的:了解我国公立医院医患沟通的现状。方法:采用结构式调查问卷,对国内59所公立医院的管理人员及医护人员进行调查,采用EXCEL及SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果:医患沟通的重要性得到普遍认可。医患沟通方式趋向多样化,52.54%的受访医院采用了网络平台上的医患沟通方式。公立医院已逐步开展患者来院前的医患沟通与就诊后的跟踪沟通,但还没有医院借助网络技术全面改进医患沟通流程。对于未来医患沟通工作的期望,84.87%的被访者认为需要加强医务人员医患沟通技能的培训,赞成借助社交媒体改进医患沟通工作。结论:改善当前的医患沟通状况需要政府、社会、医方、患方多方努力;未来需加强对医务人员医患沟通技能的培训与考评,并且借助网络技术,延伸医患沟通范围。
Objective : To investigate the current situation of doctor - patient communication. Methods: A structured questionnaire for managers, physicians and nurses from 59 Chinese public hospitals, EXCEL and SPSS are used for data analysis. Results: The importance of doctor - patient communication is widely acknowledged; the approaches adopted turn to be more diverse, 52.54% of the hospitals are using network platforms for communication ; public hospitals have been carried out pro - and - aft - hospital communication, no hospitals are identified to be engaged in reengineering doctor - patient communication process with Internet technology ; for expectations of Doctor - patient communication work for the future, about 84.87% of respondents expect to improve the communication skills, and are in favor of social media to improve doctor- patient communication. Conclusion: Efforts of all stakeholders include government, society, health providers and patients to improve doctorpatient communication are needed; communication skills training and evaluation need to be strengthened; extended doctor - patient communication process aided with Interuet can be expected in the future.
