青岛市城阳区2008-2012年居民期望寿命的性别差异分析

Analysis on Gender Differences of Life Expectancy among Residents in Chengyang District of Qingdao 2008- 2012

目的:了解青岛市城阳区2008-2012年居民期望寿命的性别差异及其影响因素,为开展相关干预工作提供科学依据。方法:利用《死因登记报告信息系统》中的居民死因及期望寿命等相关数据,按照国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)对死因进行编码,采用Arriaga法对居民期望寿命性别差异的年龄别进行分析。结果:2008-2012年青岛市城阳区居民期望寿命总体呈上升趋势,女性期望寿命始终高于男性。60-80岁年龄组死亡率的性别差异最为明显,是产生期望寿命性别差异的主要原因。结论:青岛市城阳区居民期望寿命的性别差异主要是由老龄组死亡率的性别差异造成的。缩小期望寿命性别差距,应重点关注≥60岁以上男性老年人的健康问题。

Objective： To analyze the gender differences of life expectancy among residents in Chengyang District of Qingdao 2008 - 2012, to explore the factors influencing the life expectancy of gender difference, and provide scientific evidence for intervention. Methods： Using the Arriaga Method from the death and life expectancy and other related data of ＂Information system of registration of death＂ ,coding for the cause of death according tointernational classification of diseases （ICD - 10 ）. Results： Residents life expectancy was overall upward trend from 2008 to 2012 in Chengyang district of Qingdao, and the of the femaleswas higher than that of males. Gender differences in the 60 to 80 age group were most obvious, and that is the main reason for the gender differences in life expectancy. Conclusion： The gender differencesof life expectancy in Chengyang District of Qingdao were mainly caused by the sex differences in aging group mortality. To reduce the life expectancy of the gender gap life expectancy, the govemment should focus on the health of men over 60 years old in the elderly.
