摘要
目的:探讨精神病专科医院女性医护人员职业倦怠与焦虑、抑郁情绪的关联性。方法:采用焦虑、抑郁自评量表、Maslach工作倦怠量表对精神病专科医院100名女性医护人员进行问卷调查。结果:女性医护人员的情绪衰竭维度得分(16.25±7.72)及去人格化维度得分(8.46±4.01)高于Maslach常模,低成就感维度得分(15.54±6.49)低于Maslach常模,差异性均有统计学意义(P<0.01);焦虑自评量表得分(40.21±8.37)、抑郁自评量表得分(45.30±8.08),均高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。职业倦怠的3个维度与焦虑、抑郁均呈正相关性。结论:温州市某精神病医院女性医护人员的心理健康不容乐观,焦虑、抑郁水平与职业倦怠存在一定的关联性。
Objective: To explore the correlation analysis of job burnout and anxietydepression among medical staff in a psychiatric hospital, Wenzhou. Methods: Investigating 100 psychiatric female medical staff by the self-assessment lists of anxiety, depression and Maslach burnout. Results: The emotional exhaustion dimension score of psychiatric female medical staff is 16.25 ± 7.72 and personal dimension score, 8.46 ± 4. 01, higher than that of the norm of Maslach ; The low achievement dimension scored 15.54 ±6.49, lower than the norm of Maslach (P 〈 0.01 ). Anxiety self - assessment scale scored 40.21 ± 8.37, depression sulfating scale scored 45.30 ± 8.08, were higher than norm ( P 〈 0.05 ). Three dimensions were positive correlation between the anxiety and depression. Conclusion:Psychiatric mental health of female staff is not optimistic. There were some correlations between the level of anxiety, depression with job burnout.
