摘要
目的:探讨Sandwich教学法在血液学临床教学中的效果。方法:选择武汉市某高校连续3届共6组学生在血液学临床教学中分别实施Sandwich教学法和单纯的讲授式课堂教学法,并对教学质量和学生满意度进行分析比较。结果:6组学生在考试理论成绩比较上无显著性差异(P>0.05),Sandwich教学法组临床综合能力成绩明显高于讲授式课堂教学法组(P<0.05);采用Sandwich教学法的实验组学生的满意度明显高于对照组,尤其在提升学习兴趣、增强学生交流与合作能力方面得到学生的肯定。结论:Sandwich教学法在血液学临床教学中取得了较好的教学效果,促进了学生的学习兴趣,有利于提高教学质量,值得在血液学教学及内科教学工作中推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of Sandwich teach method in hematology clinical teaching. Methods: Choose three consecutive terms, a total of six groups of students received the Sandwich method and lecture teaching method respectively, and the teaching quality and student satisfaction were compared. Results: Six groups of students in the theory exam have no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) , the clinical comprehensive ability scores of Sandwich teach group was obviously higher than that of lecture teaching group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Using Sandwich teach method of experimental group students'satisfactian is significantly higher than the control group, especially in raising study interests, cooperation ability and students communication. Conclusion: Sandwich teach method in the hematology clinical teaching has obtained the good teaching effect, and promote the students'interests in learning. It can improve the teaching quality, is worth popularizing in hematology teaching and inter- nal medicine teaching.
