Exploration and Reflection on Enterprise Training of the“Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers”

"卓越计划"是我国实施的高等工程教育重大改革项目,"卓越计划"培养包括学校培养和企业培养。企业培养在培养卓越工程师中具有重要和不可替代的作用。本文介绍了临沂大学制药"卓越计划"企业培养方面的一些探索与思考,以期对"卓越计划"企业培养探索提供一些思路和借鉴。

The＂plan for educating and training outstanding engineers＂is an important reform of higher engineering education carried out in our country,which includes university training and enterprise training.The role which enterprise training plays in training outstanding engineers is important and irreplaceable.Exploration and reflection on enterprise training of the＂plan for training outstanding engineers＂in Linyi University is introduced in this paper,in order to offer idea and reference on enterprise training.
