摘要
高分子材料与工程专业是为了适应材料科学与工程的发展而设置的厚基础、宽方向、适应性强的材料类专业。本文从高分子材料与工程专业课程教学的视角出发,研究绩效管理理论在该专业课程教学中的应用,对于提高该专业课程教学目标完成的可能性具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。
Polymer Materials and Engineering is a specialty which provides good basic knowledge and wide-scope experiment set up for adaptation to the development of material science and engineering.In this paper,from the perspective of polymer materials and engineering course teaching,the application of performance management theory in the course teaching is studied,which has great important theoretical significance and practical value on the improvement of the possibility to finish the professional course teaching goal.
