福州城市空间沿江向海拓展的思考

Thinking on the urban spatial expansion of Fuzhou city along the river to sea

福州市老城发展饱和,城市空间拓展需求日趋突出,本文通过调查法、文献研究法、定量分析法和类比法等研究方法,从福州市经济及城市建设发展现状及存在问题入手,通过国内相关新城建设案例的类比分析,进一步明确福州市城市空间拓展的思路和方向。结合当前马尾新城的建设契机,从行政措施、发展节奏、功能定位、建设重点等方面提出福州市新城建设的可行措施和建议,归纳总结类似单中心城市空间拓展的思路和方法,以期对同类城市的空间拓展有借鉴意义。

The old city of Fuzhou has development saturation, and the urban spatial expansion demands increasingly prominent. By means of questionnaire, lit-erature research, quantitative analysis method and analogy method, the text studies from the current situation of economy and construction of Fuzhou city andthe existing problems, through the analysis of case of domestic construction , to further clarify the ideas and direction of Fuzhou city urban spatial expansion.With the opportunity of the construction of mawei new town, put forward feasible measures and suggestions for Fuzhou new city construction from the aspects ofadministrative measures, the pace of development, function orientation, construction emphasis, summarized the thought and method of similar single center cit-y development space, expect to have reference significance to the similar city in the urban spatial expansion.
