摘要
江苏昆山中城国际公寓是一幢室外地坪至建筑大屋面为159.75m,大屋面以上的核心筒至室外地坪总高度173.6m的超高层建筑。选择了框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,针对结构的荷载和地震作用取值,风和地震作用下的计算结构比较,规范验算等内容进行了介绍,并且对结构设计中的转换层的处理以及弹塑性的分析等方面进行了深入的探讨。
tJiangsu Kunshan Zhongcheng Residence Internazionale is a high -rise building a total height of 173.6m. In order to select more suitable for struc-tural system of this project, through repeated adjustment calculation, select the frame reinforced concrete core tube structure. This project mainly adopts Midas- building as the main analysis software, and the spatial structure of high - rise building the finite element analysis and design software - SATWE in Midas a-nalysis results are checked. Dynamic elastic - plastic time history analysis is carried out using the Midas building software fortification and rare earthquake. E-lastoplastic analysis of the seismic wave by Chinese Academy of building research, meet the spectrum characteristics of motion duration, peak value, effectivedemand. This system can provide multiple seismic fortification lines, one of the first lines of defense provided by the core tube, the second line of defense bythe frame to provide. Frame column with steel reinforced concrete columns, ensure the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of moderate and major earth-quake conditions, provide the structure with multiple seismic fortification lines effectively.
