“比较法”析建筑浅基础与桩基础设计

Analysis of shallow foundation design and pile foundation design based on comparison method

浅基础和桩基础在某些方面具有类似的设计思路,但又由于受力特点、荷载传递机理等方面差异而有所不同。2011年我国正式发布新版本的地基规范,本文以现行地基规范和桩基规范为依据通过"比较法"分析浅基和桩基在沉降计算、冲切计算、软弱下卧层计算三个方面的异同,使两类基础的设计思路更加清晰。

Shallow foundation is similar with pile foundation in some design ideas, but there are differences due to the mechanical characteristics and the loadtransfer mechanism. Based on the existing code for design of building foundation and technical code for building pile foundations, the two kinds of foundationare analyzed in settlement calculation, punching calculation and soft substratum calculation by ＂comparison method＂ , so that the two kinds of foundation de-sign ideas become more clear.
