摘要
从生产者剩余、消费者剩余以及两者的共同剩余等因素出发,将生产者剩余与消费者剩余这一永恒的博弈问题转化为矿产资源的最优开采决策问题.理论研究表明,在消费者剩余首先得到一定保证的前提下,生产者剩余是不可能达到最大.然而,在生产者剩余控制在某一定水平之下时,消费者剩余可以达到最大.最后还得到了两者的共同剩余与不同偏好之间的关系.
A new model for the optimal mineral resources value has been established which takes the ac -tivities of both producer surplus and consumer surplus into consideration .The procedure of obtaining the differential solution of the model is described .Three results have been obtained:First,the producer surplus is not possible to achieve the maximum if the consumer surplus under a certain level .Second , under a certain producer surplus , the largest consumer surplus can be achieved .Finally, a relationship of both the remainder of the two common and their different preferences was built .
