幼儿诚信伦理教育:治理网络非诚信的路径选择

Children Good Faith's Ethic Education Is the Fundamental Way to Solve the Problem of Network Integrity

在信息化社会中,网络世界的虚拟性和开放性等特征,使人们能够自由地游离于网络世界,大量信息的涌现,给人们的沟通和交流带来了极大的便利,但同时因部分信息的虚假及恶意所为导致网络上的非诚信问题凸显乃至网络犯罪。主要原因在于市场社会功利主义思潮的网络蔓延,使一些人的道德情感冷漠、诚信缺失,网络法律法规不健全,网络诚信伦理教育滞后等。要治理网络非诚信问题,除了健全网络法律法规外,网络诚信伦理教育尤其是幼儿网络诚信伦理教育应成为治理网络非诚信问题的根本路径。幼儿园是人生智力开发、人格健全的关键阶段,全社会都应关注幼儿教育,引导幼儿形成正确的思维方式和良好的诚信品质,培养幼儿良好的生活习惯和学习习惯,这是关涉人生命运的大事,更是关涉一个国家兴衰的关键所在。因而,包括网络诚信伦理教育在内的伦理教育应该从幼儿园抓起。

In a global information society,the characteristics of virtuality and openness in the cyber world have enabled people to surf on the Internet,with a flood of information bringing about great convenience for people's everyday communication,meanwhile,some false and malicious information have caused lots of network integrity problems and even cyber crimes. The main reasons are as follows: the spreading of market social utilitarianism trend making some people's indifference to moral feelings and lack of integrity; imperfect network laws and regulations; lagging behind of network integrity ethic education and so on. To solve these problems,in addition to perfecting the network laws and regulations,the network ethic education,especially among preschoolers,should be the fundamental path of solving these problems. Kindergarten is a key place for one's intelligence development and personality improvement,so the whole society should attach great importance to preschool education,guide children to form the correct ways of thinking and good qualities including network integrity,cultivate children's good living and learning habits. All is closely related to not only one's personal happiness and wellness but also to the rise and fall of a country. Therefore,ethic education,including network integrity ethics education,should be offered at kindergartens.
