摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备V2O5掺杂ZnFe2O4溶胶作为敏感试剂,通过浸渍-提拉法在锡掺杂玻璃光波导表面上制备V2O5掺杂ZnFe2O4复合薄膜,研制出V2O5掺杂ZnFe2O4复合薄膜/锡掺杂玻璃光波导气敏元件,对二甲苯、苯乙烯等挥发性有机气体进行检测。结果表明,该敏感元件对二甲苯气体具有较高的灵敏度、较好的重复性和选择性响应,能够检测到的最低气体浓度为1×10-6。该传感器具有灵敏度高、响应快、在室温下容易制备、结构简单等特点。
The V2 O5 doped ZnFe2 O4 solution as a sensitive reagent was prepared by sol-gel methods.And the V2 O5 doped ZnFe2 O4 solution was fabricated through the dip-pulling methods and was coated on to the surface of tin diffused glass optical waveguide,then we obtained the V2 O5 doped ZnFe2 O4 composited thin film/tin dif-fused optical waveguide sensor.After fabricating the sensor,we detected the sensing properties of the gases such as xylene,styrene to the film.The experimental results indicated that this sensor exhibited good sensitivi-ty、repeatability and selective response to xylene.The minimum concentration of detection to xylene of sensor was 1×10-6 .The sensor had high sensitivity,fast response,easily fabricated at room temperature and simple structure.
