摘要
为了提供气球载雷达在高原地区使用选址的气象依据,利用林芝气象台的地面风数据和高空风数据对林芝地区的风特征进行了详细分析.基于地面风数据,得到了林芝地区地面风向、风速的具体特征,为系留气球在林芝地区的架设、撤收等提供了必要的风特征参考.考虑到系留气球在高原地区的实际升空高度,选用两个高度层的高空数据对林芝地区的高空风进行了分析,同时利用已知数据对3700~5000m的高空风做了预测.
To provide the climate basis for the location selection of employing the balloon-borne radar in region of plateau, this paper analyses the wind feature in Nyingchi in detail, by using the data of surface wind and upper wind from meteorological observatory. Based on the surface wind data, the concrete characteristics of surface wind direction and wind speed are obtained to offer a necessary wind feature reference for the setting and removing of captive balloon in Nyingchi. Considering the actual liftoff height of captive balloon in region of plateau, the upper data of two kinds of height layer are selected for analyzing the upper wind in Nyingchi. In the mean time, the upper wind at 3700-5000 meters is forecasted by using the known data.
