实操实作式教学模式研究

On teaching mode of practical operation and implementation

为了提高士官装备教学质量,强化学员岗位任职能力,在分析现有雷达装备教学模式的基础上,依据课程特点和学员实际,从教学组织、教学方式应用、教学平台设计等方面入手,提出了实操实作式教学模式.实践效果表明:80%以上的毕业学员获得中级职业技能鉴定证书,培训学员全部获得雷达高级维修工或雷达技师职业资格证书,说明该教学模式的有效性,可为相应装备教学提供借鉴.

For purpose of improving the equipment teaching quality for sergeants and strengthening the capability of holding a post, this article puts forward a teaching mode of practical operation and implementation, based on analyzing the existing teaching modes of radar equipment, on the basis of the course features and cadets’ actuality, and starting from the teaching organizing, applications of teaching modes and design of teaching platform. Practice effects indicate that more than 80%of cadets graduated get the intermediate professional skill appraisal certificates, and all the trainee obtain the senior radar repair-man or technician occupation qualification certificates, which shows the effectiveness of this proposed teaching mode, thus offering a reference for the related equipment teaching.
