摘要
目的观察针刺配合刺络疗法对中风后顽固性呃逆的治疗效果。方法入选45例患者,随机分为治疗组23例和对照组22例,治疗组采用针刺配合刺络疗法,对照组采用西医内科常规治疗。结果治疗组脑中风后呃逆改善评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),评分差异有统计学意义,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论采用针刺配合刺络疗法治疗脑中风后呃逆疗效显著,可提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and pricking therapy on intractable hiccups in stroke.Methods Forty five patients were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group (n=23)treated with acupuncture and pricking therapy,and control group (n=22)treated with conventional western medicine.Results Hiccupsi improvement scores in treatment group were higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Pricking with acupuncture therapy was effective for stroke hic-cups.
