156例左氧氟沙星不良反应案例分析

Analysis of 156 cases of Levofloxacin adverse reactions

目的:通过对左氧氟沙星注射液的不良反应案例分析,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:选取近6年二、三级医院药品不良反应案例资料121例,和近几年有关医学杂志报道案例35例进行统计综合分析。结果:左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应累及8大系统的器官,涉及23种表现。以皮肤及附属器官、消化系统、循环系统不良反应居多。结论:左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应以皮肤及附属器、消化系统和循环系统累及居多。

Objective：To investigate Levofloxacin adverse reactions/ events, and provide a reference for clinical safe medica-tion. Methods：A comprehensive statistical analysis was performed on 121 cases of Levofloxacin adverse reactions/ events in second-class hospitals and third-class hospitals in recent 6 years and 35 published cases of Levofloxacin adverse reactions/ events in medical journals in recent years. Results： Levofloxacin adverse reactions/ events involved eight major systems and organs and had 23 kinds of performance. Skin and its appendages, digestive system, and circulatory system had the most adverse reactions. Conclusions： Levo-floxacin adverse reaction/ event occur in the skin and its appendages, digestive system, and circulatory system mostly.
