某专科医院消毒灭菌质量监测分析

Monitoring of sterilization quality in a special hospital

目的：了解某医院消毒灭菌质量监测效果，为医院感染管理提供依据。方法：依据2002年版《消毒技术规范》和 GB15982-1955《医院消毒卫生标准》，回顾性分析医院重点科室的室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手、灭菌后物品、使用中消毒剂、紫外线灯辐照强度检测结果。结果：3年共采样2079份，合格1905份，总合格率91.63%。不同监测对象中，室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手、使用中消毒剂、灭菌后物品、紫外线灯辐照强度的合格率依次为94.48%、93.19%、74.59%、100.00%、100.00%、91.71%。结论：2011~2013年医院消毒灭菌质量监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势，但仍存在医务人员手卫生合格率偏低的现象，需加强对医务人员手卫生的教育培训，以提高医务人员手卫生合格率，从而有效地预防和降低院内感染的发生。

Objective：To understand monitoring effects of quality of disinfection and sterilization in a hospital, and provide a basis for the management of hospital infection. Methods：According to the 2002 edition of 《Technical standard for disinfection》 and GB1598-1955 《Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals》, a retrospective analysis of nosocomial indoor air, surfaces of objects, hands of medical personnel, articles after sterilization, disinfectant in use, and ultraviolet radiation intensity detection result was per-formed. Results： In 3 years, a total of 2 079 samples were collected, in which 1 905 were qualified, and the total qualified rate was 91. 63% . In the different monitoring objects, the qualified rates of indoor air, surfaces of objects, hands of medical personnel, the use of disinfectants, articles after sterilization, radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp were 94. 48% , 93. 19% , 74. 59% , 100% , 100% , and 91. 71% , respectively. Conclusions： During 2011-2013, the hospital disinfection qualified rate is rising year by year, but there is still a low phenomenon of hand hygiene of medical staff qualified rate. Therefore, it should strengthen the education and training of hand hygiene of medical staff, in order to improve the qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff, and effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
