黄冈市小型水库众多,安全管理是亟待解决的紧迫问题。从全市小型水库安全管理现状看,主要存在管理机制不健全、管理经费不足、管理人员少等问题;提出必须健全管理机制、落实管理责任、培训管理人员、加强安全管理等对策。

Small reservoir in Huanggang city is numerous, so the safety management is an urgent problem to be solved. From the situation of safety management for small reservoirs, the main existing problems are as follows, the management mechanism is not perfect, the management funding is not enough and lack of management staff. Therefore, the author put forward some countermeas-ures, such as, a sound management mechanism, the implementation of management responsibilities, training management staff and strengthen countermeasures of safety management etc.
