摘要 利用RFID技术、电子技术、计算机技术、数据库技术、3G/4G通讯技术、特种标签制造技术及3D仿真技术等,构建了智慧种业全周期追溯防伪管理系统,该系统在种子生产包装环节将电子玉米标签随种子混装于包装袋内,同时将品种、批次、生产日期等信息进行赋码,充分利用超高频远距离批量识别特性,实现批量出入库、物流各环节的全程监控,利用非可视、不接触识读特性实现终端防伪查询及隐蔽式窜货稽查,很好地解决了目前种子行业防伪、防窜货手段所存在的易仿造、易破坏的问题,为国家种业安全提供一个新型的防伪、防窜货技术平台。 Intelligent seed industry life-cycle tracing anti-fake management system is established by employing RFID technology,electronic technology,computer technology,database technology,3G/4G communication technology,special tags making technology and 3D simulation technology. In the process of seed manufacturing and packaging link,the system mixes electronic corn tags into the package bags. At the same time,it conducts tagging of the seed variety,batch and production date. By fully employing the system’ s UNF distance batch identification,the whole-process monitoring of batch output and input of the warehouse and various logistics links are achieved. The use of invisible and nontouch identifying and reading has helped achieve terminal end anti-fake query and inspection of hidden fleeing goods,which has solved problems existing in the current seed industry anti-fake and anti-fleeing-goods technology,which can be easily imitated and damaged. All these can provide a new-type anti-fake and anti-fleeing-goods technology platform for the security of China’s seed industry.
