Design Improvement on Shield for Deep Groove Ball Bearings

常规设计的防尘盖在实际应用过程中容易脱落,为了解决这一问题,结合密封圈及防尘盖的设计理论,设计了一种新型的防尘盖结构,该结构取消了装配工装,节约了成本,提高了加工效率。

The conventional designed shield is easy to fall off in practical use.To solve the problem,a new type shield structure is designed with the design theory for seal and shield.The new structure shield has such advantages as saving cost,improving working efficiency and no requiring assembly tools.
