低氧训练对中长项目自行车运动员生理生化指标的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨低氧训练模式对运动员生理生化指标的影响。方法:实验为期4周,采用低住高练,常氧训练为主,低氧运动为辅的训练方式,每周测定血液生理生化指标。结果:低氧训练期间两组运动员的WBC均先降低后升高。RBC、Hb、Hct均明显升高,且女性增高幅度大于男性;训练结束后一周,男性较训练前无显著性差异,而女性则明显高于训练前。男性运动员在整个低氧训练期和结束训练后CK和T均未出现显著性变化,BUN仅在低氧训练第4周和训练结束后一周显著性增加。女性运动员CK值从低氧训练第3周开始显著性降低;BUN则在整个低氧训练期和结束训练后一周显著性增加;T值仅在训练结束后显著增加。 Objective :To investigate the effect of hypoxia training on athletes' physiological and biochemical inde- xes. Methods : The experiment lasted for 4 weeks, living low and training high. normoxic training primarily, supple- mented by hypoxia exercise training, weekly determination of physiological and biochemical indexes of blood. Re- suits : During the hypoxia training the WBC of the two groups of athletes decreased at first and then increased. RBC, Hb, and Hct were significantly higher in women than men. A week after training no significant difference was ob- served in men than before training, while in women the three indexes were significantly higher than before training. Male athletes did not show significant change in CK and T in the hypoxia training period or after the training, and BUN only increased significantly a week after the training and in the fourth week after training. CK in female ath- letes decreased significantly from the third week after the training ,while BUN increased significantly in the hypoxic training period and one week after. T value increased significantly only after training.
