合山电厂缝式煤槽卸车机无障碍检修间设计应用

Design of Barrier-free Maintenance Room for Slot-type Coal Hopper Unloader for Heshan Power Plant

合山电厂无障碍检修技术通过在缝式煤槽的正上方布置单个无障碍检修间,对多台卸车机逐个进行离线检修和维护,实现卸车机检修期间不障碍其它卸车机的正常卸车作业,既能节约卸车时间从而降低运行成本,还能最大限度地确保卸车作业的安全。无障碍检修间无需占用煤槽外的场地,有效解决了以往缝式煤槽设置检修间需占用场地的问题。

Through individual barrier-free maintenance room arranged right above the slot-type coal hopper, the unloaders in Heshan power plant were repaired and maintained off-line one by one, without occupying the workspace outside coal hopper and without disturbing the normal operation of other unloaders, which effectively saves the workspace and the unloading time, reduces the operation cost and ensures safe operation of unloaders.
