都柳江寨比梯级水库防洪库容初探

Preliminary Study on Flood Control Capacity of Duliujiang River Zhaibi Cascade Reservoir

根据柳江流域防洪工程的总体规划,寨比和红岩水库共同承担下游榕江县城的防洪任务。根据榕江县的地理位置及寨比水库设置防洪库容的特点,确定满足河段防洪目标相应的河道安全泄量,拟定合适的防洪调度原则,并对典型年型的设计洪水进行调洪演算,以合理确定寨比水库防洪库容。

According to the overall planning of flood control projects of Liujiang Basin, Zhaibi and Hongyan reservoirs share the flood control responsibility of downstream Rongjiang County. To determine the safety discharge capacity in river corresponding to the flood control target, propose suitable flood control principles, carry out flood routing on the designed floods of typical years,finally a reasonable flood control capacity for Zhaibi reservoir was determined based on the geographical location of Rongjiang County and the flood control function of Zhaibi reservoir.
