影像导航技术与鼻颅底外科 被引量:10

摘要 1998年国内开始使用影像导航(IGS)引导鼻内镜手术,逐渐成为鼻窦及鼻颅底外科的重要辅助工具,对促进鼻颅底外科的发展起到重要作用。IGS对解剖结构的精确定位,包括肿瘤边界的定位和判断,具有明显的指引作用;同时可以帮助术者纠正内镜下的解剖错觉,提高手术技术水平。最关键的部分是数字化坐标定位系统,术前准确的配准是IGS手术成功的关键,软件技术也应是IGS的关键技术之一。医师需要改变观念,IGS会为临床鼻科医师提供更精确的指引。未来期待IG不断创新,才能为临床提供更好的帮助。 The imaging guide system (IGS) was begun to used for endoscopic sinus surgery from 1998 in China. From then on, IGS gradually became the important assistant tool for endonasal sinus and skull base surgery and play an important role for their development. The precise orientation of IGS for anatomical structures can indicate the boundary of the tumors and correct the misunderstanding of endoscope, thus to improve the surgical skills. The key is digital positioning system and the accurate preoperative registration. The software is also one of the key technologies for IGS. The doctors need to change their attitudes. IGS will be benefit for more precise guidelines for endoscopic surgery and by consistent innovations, IGS should be much more helpful for clinics in the future.
