手术导航系统在耳鼻咽喉科应用 被引量:5

摘要 手术导航系统是利用计算机在数字图像处理及高精度测量计算方面的优势,通过影像学提供的图像信息,结合立体定位技术,帮助完成复杂、精确的手术。目前常用的导航系统分为电机型、电磁感应型、光感应型和声导型等4种类型,应用于耳鼻咽喉科的主要是电磁感应型和光感应型。该系统几乎可应用于所有的内镜鼻窦、侧颅底和耳显微、耳神经手术,其定位准确、侵袭性小、并发症少,提高了手术的安全性、精确性,但也存在一些局限性,如不能反应术中的变化、需要定时检查配准及价格过高等。术中是否应用该系统,应根据患者病情、经济状况等实际情况综合考虑。 Surgical navigation system were designed to help complete the complex and precise operation, with image information provided by CT MRI, in terms of the advantage of computer in digital calculating and high precision measurement, combined with stereotaxic technique. Currently available navigation systems include electromechanical arms, electromagnetic, optical tracking and acoustical systems, electromagnetic and optical tracking systems can be used in the field of otorhinolaryngology. Surgical navigation system can be used for functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) and minimally invasive endoscopic skull base surgery, and otomicrosurgery. Improvements in technology may lead to further improvements in accuracy, reliability, and security, but it also has some limitations: cannot response change in surgery, need tocheck the system in time, expensive. Surgical navigation system should be chosen carefully in operation according to patient's disease and economic situation.
