醒后缺血性卒中的研究和治疗进展 被引量：5

摘要 醒后缺血性卒中(WUIS)由于其发病时间难以确定的特点,在治疗策略的选择以及溶栓时间窗的判断上均具有一定的特殊性,逐渐成为临床上卒中治疗的重点和难点。随着相关临床研究的深人及相关影像学技术的进步,目前对于这类患者而言,在治疗策略的制定和选择方面均有了一些新的进展,本文将就目前关于WUIS的研究和治疗现状做一综述。
