线粒体能量代谢障碍在偏头痛发病中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 偏头痛是一种临床常见的慢性、复发性脑功能异常,严重影响人们的日常生活,但其发病机制至今仍不明确,因而通过探寻其发病机制中的异常过程进行特异性治疗就显得尤为重要。近年来随着分子生物学的发展,越来越多的研究表明,作为主要为细胞提供能量的细胞器线粒体,其能量代谢异常在偏头痛的发病中发挥了重要作用,具体可能是通过线粒体的形态学、生化学、遗传学、分子生物学等异常实现。本文即就线粒体能量代谢异常与偏头痛发病间的关系做一简要综述。
