不同锻炼方法对大学生抑郁焦虑症状干预效果分析 被引量:45

摘要 目的探讨不同体育锻炼方式对大学生抑郁与焦虑症状干预效果,为解决大学生心理健康问题提供依据。方法采用体育舞蹈、篮球和羽毛球3种锻炼方式对大理学院有抑郁和焦虑倾向大学生进行运动干预,于运动前后使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行测评。结果体育舞蹈组抑郁水平、篮球组抑郁和焦虑水平,羽毛球组焦虑水平实验后与实验前差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.534,2.803,2.826,3.361,P值均<0.01)。运动干预后,篮球组和体育舞蹈组焦虑水平、体育舞蹈组与羽毛球组的抑郁水平、羽毛球组与体育舞蹈组的焦虑水平篮球组与羽毛球组的抑郁水平差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为2.610,-2.917,2.901,P值均<0.05)。结论体育锻炼可有效改善大学生的抑郁与焦虑水平。在3种锻炼方式中,体育舞蹈锻炼对抑郁症状治疗效果最显著,羽毛球锻炼对焦虑症状治疗效果最显著。 Objective To explore different ways of physical exercise influence on the interference of college students depression and anxiety symptoms, in order to provide a basis to solve the problem of college students mental health. Methods Sports dance, basketball and badminton were conducted as exercise intervention on patients with depression and anxiety, and Zung's depression self rating scale ( SDS ) and anxiety ( SAS), self rating scale were used for assessment. Results The diffenence of the depression level of the sports dance group, the depression and anxiety level of the basketball group and the anxiety level of the badminton group after and before the experiment were statistically significant (t = 3.534, 2.803, 2.826 and 3.361 respectively,P 〈0.01 ). After the exercise intervention, statistical significance was also found in the anxiety level of basket ball group and sports dance group, the depression level of sports dance group and badminton group, the anxiety level of badminton group and sports dance group and the depression level of basketball group and badminton group ( t = 2.610, -2.917, 2.901 respectively; P〈0.05). Conclusion Physical exercise can effectively improve the students level of depression and anxiety. Among three kinds of exercises, dance exercise has the most obvious effect for the treatment of depressive symptoms and badminton has the most obvious effect for the treatment of anxiety symptoms.
