合并糖尿病的冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度与血清内皮祖细胞CD34^+的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation between coronary lesion severity and peripheral blood cell CD34^+ ratio in the coronary heart disease patients complicating diabetes mellitus

摘要 内皮祖细胞(EPCs)是一种能分化为血管内皮细胞的前体细胞,研究发现循环血中的EPCs具有参与损伤内皮的修复和缺血组织血管新生的能力,有助于损伤血管的再内皮化进程[1-2]。本研究以CD34+作为EPCs表面标志,以分析合并糖尿病的冠心病患者冠状动脉(冠脉)病变程度与CD34^+之间的关系及其临床意义。 To investigate the correlation between coronary lesion severity and peripheral blood cell CD34^+ ra- tio in the CHD patients with DM. The ratios of the CD34^+ cells in the CHD patients (group A, n=61) were sig- nificantly lower than that the non-CHD patients' (group B, n=35) (P〈0.01). While the ratios of CHD patients with DM (group A1, n=29) was significantly lower than non-DM CHD patients' (group A2, n= 32) (P〈0.05). The CD34^+ ratio and the Gensini score was negatively correlated with group A1 (r=-0. 552, P〈0.01). The CD34^+ ratio decreased more significantly while the coronary lesions severity.
