韭莲果实色素提取及对蚕丝织物染色研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究韭莲果实天然染料上染蚕丝织物,从韭莲果实中提取天然染料,分析了韭莲果实天然染料对蚕丝织物染色性能。试验结果表明:以无水乙醇为溶剂,在室温中浸渍24 h,可以很好地提取出韭莲果实色素;韭莲果实色素色泽随pH值变化而改变;韭莲果实色素可以采用预媒法对蚕丝织物进行染色,金属离子的加入对于染液的颜色有明显的增深作用;媒染工艺染色真丝织物的耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度比直接染色有不同程度的提高。 To study dye uptake of natural dye zephyranthes carinata fruit,natural dye was extracted from zephyranthes carinata fruit. Dyeing property of zephyranthes carinata fruit on silk fabrics was analyzed,the test results show that zephyranthes carinata fruit pigment can be well extracted with absolute ethyl alcohol as the solvent by soaking it for 24 h under room temperature; the color and luster of zephyranthes carinata fruit pigment change with pH value;zephyranthes carinata fruit pigment can dye silk fabrics with pre-mordanting method; the addition of metal ions plays a significant role in deepening the color of the dye liquid; colour fastness to washing and color fastness to rubbing of silk fabrics dyed by mordanting technology improve,compared with direct dyeing.
