PC MRI技术在单纯性脑缺血灶、脑萎缩伴缺血灶中的初步应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的运用相位对比磁共振成像技术(PC MRI)探讨单纯性脑缺血灶、脑萎缩伴缺血灶患者的脑血管、脑脊液流动模式及"时相-流速曲线"改变。方法对12例健康志愿者、28例单纯性脑缺血灶患者、26例脑萎缩伴缺血灶患者的双侧颈内动脉、颈内静脉、基底动脉及中脑导水管行PC MRI测量,并在专用工作站Q-FLOW软件包上行图像后处理。观察"时相—流速曲线"特征,记录收缩期、舒张期峰值流速、平均流量等。结果对照组、单纯脑缺血灶组、脑缺血合并脑萎缩组入颅总血流量分别为:10.14±1.44(ml/s)、9.69±1.91(ml/s)、8.75±2.19(ml/s),颈内静脉引出血流量分别为:9.20±3.21(ml/s)、7.80±4.28(ml/s)、8.39±2.27(ml/s)。结论脑缺血灶、脑萎缩是脑组织不同程度的病理生理学变化过程,其ICA、BA"时相-流速曲线"可反映脑组织缺血的程度,间接推断脑组织顺应性及病理变化。 Objective To explore physiological flow modes and "phase-flow velocity curve" of simple focal cerebral ischemia、cerebral atrophy associated with ischemia patients cerebral vessels and cerebrospinal fluid by using phase-contrast magnetic resonance imaging (PC MRI).Materials and Methods 12 cases of healthy volunteers、28 cases of simple focal cerebral ischemia patients、26 cases of cerebral atrophy associated with ischemia patients were slected. Using PC MRI technology to measure internal carotid artery、internal jugular vein、Basilar artery cerebral aqueduct ,all images were post-processed on dedicated Q-FLOW workstation. Observed the "phase-flow velocity curve", recorded systolic peak velocity、diastolic peak velocity、mean velocity, mean flux, etc.Results The cerebral arterial inflow of them were:10.14±1.44(ml/s)、9.69±1.91(ml/s)、8.75±2.19(ml/s) respectively; The internal jugular venous of them were:9.20±3.21(ml/s)、7.80±4.28(ml/s)、8.39±2.27(ml/s) respectively.Conclusions Focal brain ischemia, brain atrophy is the pathophysiology of brain tissue in different degree changes process, the ";phase-flow velocity curve" of ICA、BA can reflect the degree of brain tissue ischemia, indirect inference compliance and pathological changes of brain tissue.
