经济转型升级视角下高职人才培养模式探索

Explore Talent Training Mode in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Economic Transformation and Upgrading

经济转型升级给高职院校人才培养模式从要素驱动向创新驱动转变、从传统向现代的嬗变留下了思考和探索的空间。对此结合经济转型升级的含义及基本内容,分析当前高职院校人才培养模式现状,指出经济转型升级视角下高职院校人才培养模式的新要求,讨论经济转型升级视角下高职院校人才培养模式的探索路径,为国内高职院校人才培养提供可借鉴的培养模式。

The economic transformation and upgrading in vocational colleges have provoked thinking and exploration about the talent training mode to drive the transition from factor-driven to innovation-driven, and cause the evolution from traditional to modern. Combined with economic transformation and upgrading of the meaning and basic content, this paper analyses the current situation in vocational college talent training mode, points out new requirements and discusses possible solutions for personnel training mode in vocational colleges from the perspective of economic restructuring and upgrading. Finally, the paper provides reference training mode for domestic personnel training in vocational colleges.
