孤独症谱系障碍的易感性拷贝数变异研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 孤独症(autism)多起病于婴幼儿期,以社会交往障碍、语言交流障碍、兴趣范围狭窄及刻板行为为特征,是一类严重的神经发育障碍性疾病。在2013年出版的《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版》(Diagnostic and Statis-tical Manual of Mental Disorders,5th Edition,DSM-5)中,取消DSM-IV中关于孤独症、Asperger综合征、Rett综合征、儿童瓦解性精神障碍和广泛性发育障碍未特定型的分类,仅有孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)这一概念。双生子研究显示,同卵双生子的ASD同病率为70%~90%,明显高于异卵双生子的0~10%;家系研究显示,ASD患儿的同胞患病风险比正常人高25倍;ASD的遗传度约为91%~93%[1]。近年来ASD的分子遗传学研究发展迅速,拷贝数变异(copy number variants,CNVs)作为一种重要的变异更是近年ASD分子遗传学研究的热点。本文就ASD的易感性CNVs进行综述。
