微型钛板治疗口腔颌面骨折的临床效果 被引量:11

摘要 目的:分析用微型钛板治疗口腔颌面骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月~2013年12月在本院接受诊治的口腔颌面骨折确诊患者196例,作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各98例,观察组患者采用微型钛板治疗措施,对照组患者采用不锈钢板治疗措施,观察196例患者的临床疗效,此外据半年随访记录资料分析微型钛板和不锈钢板对不同年龄段患者的治疗效果。结果合理应用微型钛板治疗措施对口腔颌面骨折患者具有良好临床治疗效果,尤其是对年轻患者治愈恢复率更为显著。观察组中上颌骨骨折有效率为93.32%,下颌骨骨折有效率为93.33%,颧骨骨折有效率为96.38%,颧弓骨折有效率为93.33%。对照组上颌骨骨折有效率为64.00%,下颌骨骨折有效率为60.00%,颧骨骨折有效率为62.96%,颧弓骨折有效率为61.90%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型钛板治疗口腔颌面骨折效果较好,对患者骨折愈合具有重要意义。 ObjectiveTo study and analyze the clinical efficacy of titanium micro-plate for treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods196 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from Jun 2011 to Dec 2013 were randomly selected as research objects. The patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group with 98 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by titanium micro-plate while the observation group was treated by stainless steel plate. The clinical efficacy of the 196 patients was observed. The therapeutic effect of titanium micro-plate and stainless steel plate for patients of different groups was analyzed based on 6-month follow-up records.Results Rational application of titanium micro-plate had good clinical therapeutic effects for patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures, especially with significant improvement of the cure and recovery rate among young patients.in the observation group,The effective rate of Maxillary fracture was 93.32%, the effective rate of mandibular fractures was 93.33%, The effective rate of cheekbone fractures was 96.38%, the effective rate of zygomatic arch fracture was 93.33%.in the control group,The effective rate of Maxillary fracture was 64.00%, the effective rate of mandibular fractures was 60.00%, The effective rate of cheekbone fractures was62.96%, the effective rate of zygomatic arch fracture was 61.90%.compared the two groups,P〈0.05, there had statistically significant.Conclusion Titanium micro-plate has excellent clinical efficacy for treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures, which has significant meaning for fracture healing.
