针灸结合西药治疗偏头痛疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine for cephalagra

目的探讨针灸结合西药治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选择偏头痛患者60例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,其中30例患者给予西药治疗为对照组,30例患者同时使用头部针灸治疗为研究组,对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价。结果两组临床疗效存在显著差异,研究组达到治愈和显效的比例显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后VAS评分和中医证候评分均有显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),而治疗研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针灸结合西药治疗偏头痛能够显著提高疗效,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine for cephalagra. Methods Selected 60 cases with cephalagra were randomly divided into study group and control group. 30 cases of control group received western medicine treatment, and 30 cases of study group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine. Clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results Clinical efficacy of study group was better than that of control group（P〈0.01）. VAS and Chinese medicine symptom complex score of study group were higher than those of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine for cephalagra can improve clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical applications.
