脊柱术后脑脊液漏的早期观察和护理体会

Early observation and nursing of postoperative cerebrospinal fluid

目的：探讨脊柱手术后脑脊液漏的早期观察及护理，并观察其疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月～2012年12月我科行脊柱手术后发生脑脊液漏45例患者的临床资料，总结早期观察的要点及护理体会。结果本组107例患者中，45例术后发生脑脊液漏，13例采取蛛网膜下腔置管术治愈，32例采取局部加压，按期拔管后治愈。1例发生感染，1例出现假性硬脊膜囊肿，均经2次手术治愈。结论对于脊柱术后脑脊液漏的患者进行早期观察和护理干预，可有效地减轻患者痛苦，缩短住院天数，提高护理质量，促进患者的康复。

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of early observation and nursing intervention of postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage （CSFL） in spine surgery. Methods The clinical data in 45 cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage were analyzed after spinal surgery in our department from January 2010 to December 2012. The method of early prevention and nursing were summarized by retrospectively.Results In this group, 45 cases were occurred cerebrospinal fluid leakage after operation. 13 cases were cured by Subarachnoid catheter and 32 cases were cured by local pressure. 1 case infected and 1 case pseudo-dural cysts were cured by second surgery.Conclusion Early observation and nursing intervention for patients of cerebrospinal fluid leakage in spine surgery, can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients, improve the quality of care and promote patient rehabilitation.
